Madison Lintz has gained fame in America for her work as an actress, particularly for her work on the television horror series The Walking Dead. The character she played, Sophia Peletier in the highly loved show made Madison an established child actress of the 2010s. As a result of her character in the show, Madison was selected as an Young Artist Award nominee in the category of Best performance in a TV Series by Young Actress Support. Madison's mother was an actress and she was exposed at a young stage to the thrill and glamour in the industry of entertainment. At the age of six, her mom first exposed the art of acting to her. With time confident, she gained confidence. Through commercials, she started her career in acting. Her first work caught the attention of Americans, it was for an advertisement from Golden Corral. At the age of 11 she was chosen to play in the role of Sophia for the television show The Walking Dead. The success of the series led to other acting offers which led her to films as well playing supporting roles in the movies Parental Guidance and After.
